 You can download the competition entry form by clicking on the following link. After filling in the form, please send it to us by fax / e-mail.

Before completing the application form, send the Personal Data Sharing Consent Form and KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Clarification text together with your application form to the Competition Secretariat by mail.
