Application Deadline & Submission Requirements

Deadline: Friday, May 22, 2026 – 17:00

By this deadline, the following must be completed to ensure a valid entry:

The application form must be fully completed.

Physical packaging samples must be delivered to the Competition Secretariat at the ASD-Packaging Building.

Participation fees must be deposited into the specified bank account.

Evaluation Process (Jury Meetings)

The Selection Committee will convene at the ASD-Packaging Building on:

Wednesday, July 8, 2026

Thursday, July 9, 2026

If necessary, the evaluation process will continue on the following Friday and Saturday.

Announcement of Results

Date: Thursday, July 16, 2026

The initial competition results will be officially announced via a written press release and published on the competition website ( www.ambalajayyildizlari.com ).

Please note: The specific rankings within the categories (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) will be revealed exclusively at the Crescents and Stars for Packaging 2026 Award Ceremony.

International Competitions (WorldStar & AsiaStar)

Winners gain eligibility to participate in prestigious international competitions:

WPO WorldStar Competition: Companies wishing to participate (provided they have received at least the 'Competency 2026 Award') may submit their applications directly through ASD.

APF-AsiaStar Competition: Applications for AsiaStar must be submitted individually by the participant
